Please note:

• Personal data provided must be accurate and complete. Any errors should be corrected before payment, as submitted documents must match the provided information.

Our service is limited to sending the completed E-ticket to you via email and we bear no responsibility for any subsequent issues related to client email systems or delivery problems.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving our email confirming successful payment for our professional services. Requests made after this period will not be considered unless exceptional circumstances apply, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Important Points to Note:
• Eligibility for Full Refund: Customers who request a refund before their Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) for entry in Malaysia. Malaysia has been submitted are eligible for a full refund, minus bank’s fees for receiving and refund amount, in the range of  2 to 10 USD.
• Non-Refundable Service Fee: Customers whose Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) for entry in Malaysia has been approved by the Malaysia government are not eligible for a refund of our service fee, except in cases where the Malaysia digital arrival card was not delivered due to specific circumstances.
• Denied Applications: Customers whose Malaysia Digital Arrival Card for entry in Malaysia application is denied by the Malaysia government are not eligible for a refund of our service fee.
• Force Majeure Situations: Customers with an approved Malaysia Digital Arrival Card for entry in Malaysia who experience a force majeure event may apply for reimbursement. The amount refunded will be evaluated and determined on a case-by-case basis.

If our Customer Service Department approves your refund request:
• The refund will be processed within 24 hours using the same payment method you used for our professional services.
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
• Please note that it may take up to ten (10) business days for the refunded amount to appear, depending on your payment provider.
